1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party receive the goods. To exercise your right, contact us at contact@quarrionskyx.world or support@quarrionskyx.world.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
3. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from communicating your withdrawal. You are liable for the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons (e.g. dietary supplements), unless the goods are defective. For such products, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and in resalable condition.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund. EU statutory rights for defective goods apply.
